With this in mind, I designed two new patterns, to co-ordinate with 3 existing Kristopher K fabric designs ... and have been patiently waiting for the swatches, to arrive from Spoonflower.
I am very happy to be able to post today some photos, featuring all 5 designs.
I can now order them from Spoonflower, and will then attempt to make a pretty new quilt - yeah :)

So pretty - I hope that you show us the finished quilt !

wow they are stunning. Can't wait to see the quilt. I really want to try spoonflower but have so many ideas I don't know where to start :o) Looking forward to seeing the quilt. Michelle
ReplyDeleteDid you use a traditional design for the quilt? Or something unique? I'm slowly teaching myself to relax about quilting -- have always been afraid to try it because I didn't think I could follow the "rules" well enough! lol
ReplyDeleteNot anymore... I love your fabric choices and really can't wait to see pictures of your progress!! Thanks for sharing..
Your designs are beautiful and your latest collection will make a gorgeous quilt. After quilting for 30 years, I can safely say that once you make your first, especially with your own fabrics, you will be hooked!
ReplyDeleteTo terriachman above: Just go for it and have fun. The beauty of quilting is anything and everything works. There are no rules!
